Free Microsoft 365 review
We'll show you what's really in your Microsoft 365.
Former employees who can still sign in, apps that can read your email, licenses you pay for and nobody uses, and who could lose sign-in when Microsoft ends text message codes. Your admin approves one link, and a Summit engineer walks you through what we found in 30 minutes.
Nothing to install · No obligation · Your data is deleted after 60 days
Microsoft stops sending sign-in codes by text message and phone call on February 1, 2027, and for Global Administrators and external users on July 1, 2027. Anyone who still signs in that way will have to set up a passkey, unless your company pays for its own telephony provider to keep sending codes. Your review lists those people by name.
What you'll learn
Six things most companies can't see on their own.
Microsoft keeps this information across several admin centers. Your review puts it in one place, with the names of the accounts, apps and devices behind every item.
Accounts that should be closed
People who left but can still sign in, and accounts nobody has used in more than 45 days.
Each one is a password someone could still use.
Licenses you pay for and nobody uses
Paid licenses on unused or departed accounts, and add-ons that duplicate what you already own.
Summit clients save 19% on Microsoft 365 on average.
Who signs in without strong protection
Who has no multifactor sign-in, who relies on text codes, and which admin accounts hold the keys to everything.
This is the list that matters before February 1.
Apps connected to your company
Every app someone approved, what it can reach in your email and files, and which ones nobody has used in months.
Old apps often keep access long after anyone remembers approving them.
Who can open which mailboxes and files
Full access and send-as rights on mailboxes, guests from outside the company, and files shared beyond your team.
Copilot shows each person anything they can already open. See it before you turn Copilot on.
Laptops outside your protection
Company computers missing from Intune or Microsoft Defender, and devices nobody has seen in months.
These miss the updates and policies your other computers get.
