Real-Time License Provisioning

One of the key value points of Summit Technology’s licensing model is the ability to scale up and down as needed. Ordering and provisioning licenses usually takes time but all licenses purchased through Summit Technology will be assigned the same day the request is received. For customers with more than 50 licensed users, we also provide an online portal so you can add and remove licenses at-will.

No Minimum Term Commitment

Microsoft 365 licenses purchased directly from Microsoft and many other Microsoft partners require a one-year minimum term in order to get the lowest pricing. Microsoft 365 licenses purchased from Summit technology do not have any minimum term commitment. We offer month to month licensing while still offering the lowest available price.

Quarterly License Spending Analysis

As with most subscription-based licenses, organizations typically overspend every quarter due to licenses going unused. We provide a quarterly report that will identify all unassigned licenses in your Microsoft 365 environment, as well as the cost of those unused licenses, allowing you to accurately monitor your spend while maintaining license compliance at the same time – all of which help you to save your company money. This quarterly report will also contain any current Microsoft promotions that can be utilized to provide additional cost optimization.
